Can I do online check-in?

If the airline you’re flying with has options for online check-in, you should be able to do it with your round the world ticket. Each airline is different, so either contact your agent and they can let you know, or check out the airline’s website and see if you can.

How do I book my seat on my flight?
You can book seats on your flights when you book the tickets. Your agent will take you through all the options in this respect and will give you the opportunity to make special requests such as booking seats or specifying meals at the time of booking.

How do I request a vegetarian or other specialized meal on my flight?

Who tells me if the airlines make any changes after I’ve booked?
Your agent is with you every step of the way and will notify you if they become aware of any changes to any of your flights. This said, it’s always a good idea to check the airline’s website 24 hours before flying to ensure things are still running on time.

What do I do if a flight is cancelled?
If a flight is cancelled when you’re on the road, contact your agent and they will help you resolve the issue and will re-book you on another flight. Any problems when you’re travelling, just contact your agent and they will do everything they can to sort out any issues.

What do I do if I miss a flight or have an emergency that requires me to change my flights?
If you have any problems while you’re travelling, contact your agent as soon as you can so they can help you make new flight arrangements. These changes may incur costs but your agent will do their best to get you the cheapest options and to keep your trip going as smoothly as it can.
